Beta Marine has been working with Graeme Hawksley, Hybrid-Marine for several years on the Hybrid version of our engines. Considerable success has been achieved in producing an innovative reliable Hybrid solution. 

The Beta Hybrid Propulsion system comprises our reliable Beta 25 heat exchanger marine propulsion engines mounted with a proven 10kW electric motor / generator that is controlled by a push button controller.

You can choose to cruise conventionally on the Beta diesel engine; or with the 10kW electric motor powered by your batteries. Cruising with silence and the electric motor becomes a truly enjoyable experience.
